Create Your Account With an Invite Token

NuQloud MSP accounts are created by invite. If you do not have an invite token or invite link, ask your NuQloud provider or administrator. Admins and MSP admins can also create invite links from the Qortal Integration dashboard and send them directly to the recipient email address.

What You Need

  • Your NuQloud invite email or invite link.
  • A strong password that you do not use anywhere else.

Create the Account

  1. Open the Create my account link in your NuQloud invite email.
  2. Read the short welcome page, then select Create my account.
  3. Enter your name. Your Cloud ID is generated automatically.
  4. Confirm the invitation email address, or enter one if your provider did not bind an address to the invitation.
  5. Create and confirm a strong password.
  6. Finish account creation.
  7. Confirm the encrypted backup file has downloaded. The 60-second message is an automatic redirect timer, not download progress; you may continue as soon as the file is saved.
  8. Select Go to NuQloud. The invite flow should sign you in directly without returning you to the login page.

First Login

After signing in:

  1. Open the Dashboard.
  2. Look for NuQloud account status.
  3. If prompted, create or attach your decentralized account.
  4. Save your backup/auth file.
  5. Confirm your recovery options if your provider offers managed recovery.

Sign in on a returning or new device

Current sign-in can open saved accounts first. Select the intended saved account when it is available. On a new browser, or after clearing its data, use your Authentication File and its password on the legitimate NuQloud sign-in page. Magic-link access is offered only where configured by the provider.

If an expected saved account is absent, do not assume the cloud account was deleted. Check the browser/profile and keep the independent file backup. See Authentication File safety.

Good Password Habits

  • Use a password manager.
  • Do not share your NuQloud password.
  • Do not forward your invitation link.
  • Do not store your backup/auth file in public folders.
  • If you create a decentralized account password, save it carefully. It may be required for sensitive actions.

If the Invite Token Fails

Try these checks:

  • Open the original invite link directly from the email.
  • Confirm the token has not expired.
  • Confirm you are using the correct NuQloud server.
  • Ask your provider to issue a new invite token.
