Your First Week Checklist

Protect access​

  • Store your Authentication File outside NuQloud.
  • Store its password separately in a password manager or secure offline record.
  • Create a current backup of each important linked decentralized account.
  • Review active sessions and sign out any device you do not recognize.

Make the workspace useful​

  • Install the PWA on your main computer.
  • Configure desktop file sync if you need local copies.
  • Add Talk to your phone for communication notifications.
  • Connect Mail, Contacts, and Calendar only if you intend to use them.
  • Review storage and the service package shown on the Dashboard.

Understand decentralized actions​

  • Learn the difference between cloud sharing and QDN publishing.
  • Leave high-risk confirmations enabled.
  • Request publishing credits only when needed.
  • Register a Qortal name only when you understand its purpose and cost.

Personalize safely​

  • Choose System, Light, or Dark appearance.
  • Keep reduced-motion, high-contrast, or dyslexia controls enabled if helpful.
  • Ask your provider which optional features are active.
