Plans, Storage, and Billing

Managed NuQloud providers can connect the Dashboard to a live service catalog. Your plan determines storage, provider services, and available add-ons—not ownership of your decentralized identity.

Use the Dashboard as the current source

Review the active package, storage quota, eligible add-ons, and provider announcements in the Dashboard. Prices and package details can change and may differ between providers, so documentation does not duplicate a fixed price list.

QDN is separate from cloud storage

Cloud storage quota, QDN publishing credits, decentralized preservation, and guaranteed-redundancy packages are separate concepts. Ask your provider what is included, how replicas are handled, what data is covered, and whether encrypted material remains encrypted.

When information looks wrong

Refresh the Dashboard, verify that you are viewing the intended account, and contact the provider if a recent purchase or assignment is missing. Do not repurchase solely because a status has not synchronized yet.

Provider billing and Commerce are separate

Your provider's account packages and invoices are not the same service as NuQloud Commerce. Commerce supplies configured apps with payment connections and verified payment status. In particular, a prepared live Commerce connection does not lift the current live-payment gate in SHEF Appointments. See Appointments and Commerce.
